We prioritize helping people return to the workforce by offering paid practicums that provide real North American experience before securing permanent employment.

Our programs support individuals transitioning off unemployment benefits into stable roles with a comfortable living wage.

With CUTI programs, you start earning income within 3 months—far shorter than the typical 50-week period people remain on unemployment.

Our main goal is to help individuals upgrade their skills and re-enter the workforce through immediate job placements and proven North American experience.

Our accelerated training programs support unemployed individuals, people with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees in gaining meaningful employment.

Through our employer network, trainees transition smoothly from government support (such as unemployment benefits or temporary housing) into stable, dignified careers. This shift reduces reliance on public services and empowers graduates to earn a livable wage, pay taxes, and contribute to the economy.

CUTI is dedicated to enhancing and changing the face of the infrastructure workforce. We invite individuals from different ethnicities, cultures, religions, genders, and more, to join our training programs.

No prior experience is required to be considered for our programs.

Train while waiting

CUTI is able to train immigrants and refugees while they await status updates from the government.

Although unable to work, there is nothing stopping you from starting your career training.

Once your status is approved by the government, you will have a job waiting for you. This eliminates the need for government subsidies and reduces the need for expensive temporary housing for new immigrants and refugees. We help you take the first and most vital step: gaining job experience in North America. CUTI provides you the tools to succeed all while providing you with a lifelong career in infrastructure.
