CUTI & Workforce Integration
Learn more about how CUTI is fast tracking people back into the workforce
CUTI is dedicated to re-integrating people back into the workforce.
We make it a priority when it comes to getting people back into the workforce and providing them with Canadian experience through our paid practicums prior to arranging permanent employment. Through our programs, we are helping people transition from EI, into a role that provides stability and a comfortable living wage.
With CUTI programs you start earning income within 3 months. This is substantially lower than the average 50-week (12-month) period that people stay on EI.
Our primary goal is to provide individuals with an opportunity to upgrade their skills and re-enter the workforce with immediate job placements and proven Canadian experience.

Helping to reduce taxpayer spending
CUTI’s courses are specifically designed to get people back in the workforce.
Through our expedited training programs, individuals who are unemployed, disabled, a newly landed immigrant, or a refugee, all have an opportunity to enter the workforce.
Thanks to CUTI’s network of employers, trainees are able to seamlessly integrate and transition off of government subsidies (EI, temporary housing, etc.) and into a dignified and stable career. This reduces taxpayer spending while also alleviating the onus on government services. Each graduate makes a livable wage, giving them an opportunity to pay taxes and participate in the economy.
Our programs help make it possible for people to achieve personal success.
Opening Doors for All Through Equitable Training
We are consistently working to diversify the infrastructure industry.
CUTI is dedicated to enhancing and changing the face of the infrastructure workforce. We invite individuals from different ethnicities, cultures, religions, genders, and more, to join our training programs.
No prior experience is required to be considered for our programs.
Train while waiting
CUTI is able to train immigrants and refugees while they await status updates from the government.
Although unable to work, there is nothing stopping you from starting your career training.
Once your status is approved by the government, you will have a job waiting for you. This eliminates the need for government subsidies and reduces the need for expensive temporary housing for new immigrants and refugees. We help you take the most important step when integrating into Canada and help you achieve Canadian job experience. CUTI provides you the tools to succeed all while providing you with a lifelong career in infrastructure.
